Payment Information

Thank you for choosing Victoria Women's Clinic Associates as your health care provider. Our staff will be pleased to discuss our fees with you at any time. We are contracted with most insurance plans and when you present your insurance card to the front desk at the time of your appointment we can file a claim on your behalf.

Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered. We are required to collect copays, deductibles and coinsurance at the time of service. For any portion of your balance that is not covered by insurance, or for our private pay patients, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We understand that temporary financial problems may arise, so we encourage you to communicate any such problems with our billing and insurance department so we can assist you in management of your account.
