The Victoria Women's Clinic extends its excellence in women's health care to the field of infertility. For nearly two decades the Clinic has been the center of infertility care in the Victoria crossroads area. Patients from the entire region have been utilizing these advanced services in lieu of the hassles of the big cities, receiving the same high-quality infertility attention. We at the Women's Clinic realize that infertility is not a 5-day-per-week service. As a result infertility care is available 7-days a week, 365 days a year to meet our patients' needs.

Infertility therapy at the Victoria Women's Clinic includes:

• CLIA approved laboratory services performing all hormonal tests and advanced work-up required by our patients
• Evaluations include semen analysis for our patients – the only such services available in the entire region
• Gynecologic ultrasound services with experienced unmatched sonographers providing detailed pelvic examinations and follicle monitoring
• Saline sonohysterograms
• Office-based hysteroscopic evaluation
• Ovulation induction, including gonadotropin therapy
• Intrauterine insemination
• IVF support. For patients requiring IVF services we provide all monitoring services in conjunction with the San Antonio Fertility Center for our patients' convenience
