James Hayes, MD, FACOG

After graduating from the University of Houston, Dr. Hayes earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He is Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of OB/GYN. Dr. Hayes is Associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology with the University of Texas Medical Branch and is Medical Director of the Victoria UTMB clinic.
